Kids Lab Play Smarter

Privacy Policy

Kids Lab: Play Smarter is a pocket workshop for curious play — short puzzles, mini experiments, and sticker-style progress on iPhone. This page explains what the app may access, what stays in the family kit, and what we never pass to toy advertisers or play-data brokers.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Kids Lab: Play Smarter mobile app on the Apple App Store and to public pages hosted on this domain. It is written for families using the app and visitors reading this page.

Information

Kids Lab: Play Smarter does not require a child’s legal name, email, phone, home address, or a payment card for core play labs.

Activity titles, sticker progress, and notes you add remain for the in-app kit. We do not reuse them for targeted advertising or resale.

Remote content

When the app opens optional public material — for example a linked activity page — it may load that content from a public URL. Those pages are generic; nothing from the private play kit is sent upstream.

Photos

If a parent attaches a drawing or craft photo, Kids Lab: Play Smarter may request photo library access only when that choice is made. Contacts and precise location stay unused unless a future feature clearly needs them and this policy is updated.

Device

Labs and notes stay in on-device storage. Diagnostics you voluntarily share with Apple follow Apple’s privacy terms.

Hosting

Infrastructure partners operate this policy page and any public routes on this domain. They may retain traffic logs needed for security and uptime under their own practices.

Children

Kids Lab: Play Smarter is a family play app. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. A parent or guardian can contact App Store support if data was saved by mistake, and we will help clear it where we can.

Retention & security

Logs you keep in Kids Lab: Play Smarter remain under your control on the device. Delete labs in-app or uninstall to wipe local storage.

We apply reasonable safeguards to hosted assets. No service is perfectly secure — treat play notes like a locked family notebook, not a public classroom wall.

Your choices

Leave Kids Lab: Play Smarter whenever you choose. Revoke photo or network access in iOS Settings for an offline kit where supported.

Updates

We may revise this policy as Kids Lab: Play Smarter evolves. The date above marks substantive changes. Continued use after an update accepts the new terms where law permits.

Contact

Privacy questions about Kids Lab: Play Smarter may be sent through the App Store support channel or the developer contact on the product page.
